Terms of Service — YouDub

These Terms govern the use of the YouDub application (web and mobile, hereinafter "Service"), provided by Outkast Srl. Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Purpose

YouDub is a platform for managing dubbing, translation and video localisation requests, with internal communications, file management and workflow automation. It is intended for professional use by internal teams, clients, suppliers and collaborators of the controller.

3. Access

Access to the Service requires credentials issued by Outkast Srl. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity performed by their account. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately.

4. Acceptable use

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Uploaded content

Users retain ownership of files and data they upload. They grant Outkast Srl a limited licence to store, process and make them available within the scope of the Service. Content will not be used for purposes other than those of the Service without explicit consent.

6. Service availability

Outkast Srl will provide the Service on a continuous basis, subject to scheduled maintenance, force majeure, cyberattacks or malfunctions of upstream providers. No availability SLA is guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Service changes

Outkast Srl may modify, suspend or discontinue Service features upon reasonable notice to users, where possible via email or in-app notification.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Outkast Srl is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Users are advised to maintain backup copies of relevant content.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Termination

Users may cease using the Service at any time. Outkast Srl may close an account in case of violation of these Terms or termination of the contractual relationship.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan (Italy). Italian law applies.

12. Changes to the Terms

Any changes will be published on this page with the update date and communicated to users with at least 15 days' notice for material changes.
